TIRAH began as a discussion first society for social, political, economic and legal issues surrounding race. A society celebrating the BAME community in all its glory. First introduced at Harris Westminster Sixth Form in 2017 by TIRAH presidents Yinka Aresa and Jadesola Olusanya (2017-2019. It has since been running at the school successfully for 3 years under the leadership of Ella Palmer and Omonye Ifidon (2019-2020). We have since evolved to become an organisation that works in collaboration with schools to train students to become the next generation of leaders and pioneers of the future. At the core of the society are four words; Educate, Empower, Connect and Celebrate. All of which serves to represent the values of our society. TIRAH takes into consideration the interests and build of the student and staff body. TIRAH is currently looking to expand to more schools. TIRAH is open to students and staff alike. TIRAH is open to ALL.
