MONTHLIES is a project undertaken by two young girls to serve society’s period-havers. It is an NGO established in September 2020, aiming to promote women empowerment and to break the stigma in society regarding menstruation. Menstruation is a natural, significant and inevitable phenomenon in every menstruating individual’s life, its awareness and literacy is very important. We at Monthlies aim towards breaking this stigma by educating and creating awareness about menstrual hygiene and sanitary products, to help fight period poverty and uplift the health and well being of all period-havers.
