Urban Fitness and Performance will provide a welcoming, motivational atmosphere to train, exercise, unwind and de-stress. We will welcome both male and female members of all levels of fitness and ability, from those who have never stepped foot in a gym, to veterans who have trained for a lifetime. Opening our doors with over 30 pieces of state-of-the-art, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment, along with free weights and prowler track. On site Sports Massage and Rehabilitation (@rehabroom2), will be available, as well as 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions from our fully qualified PTs. There will also be a range of high quality supplements and drinks from industry leading brands available to buy.
