Hackmeyer Realty was formed in 1996 by Tanis Hackmeyer, principal broker, to manage and lease commercial properties. Currently, Hackmeyer Realty manages and leases over 500,000 sq ft of commercial, flex and office space in the Memphis metropolitan area in addition to handling acquisition and disposition of the properties and project management on all construction and renovations. Licensed in both Tennessee and Florida, Tanis has been providing real estate brokerage and consulting services for over 18 years. In 2010, Hackmeyer Realty expanded into residential services. Led by Virginia Walker, the residential team is comprised of seasoned agents who have been in the real estate business from 10-25 years.
