The aims and objectives of the society are: - To recognize and encourage excellence in various aspects of the student’s life. Students are encouraged to maintain high academic standards and to display their academic work ethic in non-academic pursuits including service to the community. - To encourage personal development of the inductees in areas such as self-esteem, confidence, and knowledge of the world. - To provide inductees with opportunities to develop business professionalism and to network with alumni and other industry practitioners. - To have members of the Society promote the College of Business and Management within the University of Technology, Ja. community and the external stakeholder communities. - To provide a medium for business students to express, learn and participate in matters of interest in various business disciplines. - To develop a spirit of volunteerism in students, through community outreach programs.
