E. L. Smallwood is an executive consultant and advisor to both sacred and secular organizations. He has more than 40 years of executive and administrative management experience in business, community, and educational organizations and institutions. He has also served as a senior-level insurance agency owner, in mid-level commercial/saving banking officer, in Senior leadership in non-profits, as a Budget and Logistics NCO in the USAF and as a field operations supervisor in the 2010 U.S. Census.
