We are essentially a contractor acting like your co-founder to fill any identified business gaps. 3. We may also work with external partners to accelerate the process. 4. When certain milestone is reached, we help you with fundraising. 5. Our process will not dilute your control. When the service is terminated, any delegated control will be transitioned back to you. 6. In return for your growth, we receive compensation in equity and/or cash.
