It can get ugly and it can get lonely as warriors can feel misunderstood and alienated. Psoriasis is a non-contagious chronic illness owned by 3% of world's population that appears as red scaly patches on the skin surface. They are incurable, but symptoms can be managed through individualized treatments, lifestyle, and mindset. Although it's not deadly, Psoriasis lowers the quality of the person's life. It can be debilitating. This platform is initiated with the mission to equalize people's knowledge regarding Psoriasis, to raise awareness, to reduce the stigma around it, focusing mainly in Indonesia. A deeper purpose is to become a safe space for people to share their stories comfortably, seek support, and share experiences with fellow warriors. We believe that starting more conversations, speak up, and being seen will make people living with Psoriasis more understood and, in a bigger impact, make them feel more confident and accepting towards their condition that will eventually lifts their quality of life.
