The Women’s Executive Board is designed to help women executives and women business owners the drive, confidence and insights to achieve their loftiest goals. As featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, this peer advisory board model helps women in business address their most pressing challenges, as well as their biggest opportunities. Through a facilitated process, members from non-competitive industries give feedback on a wide variety of issues. Members are taught and held accountable on key performance metrics, challenged on their leadership development, and given access to resources for improving culture and strategy for organizations. We work exclusively with women, because female executives face different challenges and opportunities than their male counterparts.
