Crescita - The HR Society of Delhi Technological University, East Campus is a student run body. Its vision is to bridge the gap between pedagogy and practice in the HR Industry, catering to the growing need of understanding human assets within the college network and providing an environment to foster holistic development within the corporate network. The society is designed to promote students to learn about team building spirit and leadership quality with active participation. It endeavours to sensitize students towards the nuances of HR and inculcate interest in Human Resource related activities among them. We will offer students ample opportunities to hone and enhance their social, interpersonal, and communication skills in a natural way by organizing and managing various HR activities and events. The society shall be actively run by students and will encourage them to participate, arrange and organize HR related events. We have one focus on how to have better human resources and to maintain the good human relations in terms of organization. To meet the club objective, the club organized and will be organizing various events throughout the academic year.
