There is so much talk about career readiness nowadays, but no one seems to be talking about college readiness, when the higher education institution is such a valuable knowledge well that many students fail to fully utilise. The education system that focuses on outcomes and results have largely failed to equip students with systems that would enable students to achieve consistent results. For most students, university is a solo battle, and we want to change that by building an avenue for knowledge transfer among students.
