Welcome to the Albany Recruiting Battalion Geographically, the Albany Recruiting Battalion is the largest Recruiting Battalion in USAREC. Our area of operation includes the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, the European Continent, North Africa and the Middle East. Mission Statement The Albany “Eagles” Recruiting Battalion conducts decisive recruiting operations for the US Army and US Army Reserve in the northeastern United States to enable the Army to win.
