Zetta Women India is a privately funded venture for women planning to return to work after a career-break. Started in mid-2019, we work with a large private bank, and a few other organizations that encourage women to restart their career. We have closed a few positions with the bank as on date. There are nine women co-founders at Zetta Women India. Zetta Women Foundation is a planned non-profit venture for women and children created solely for creating entrepreneurial opportunities, apart from social welfare, and a host of other initiatives in education, healthcare, skill development, community outreach, school programmes, among other things. The venture will be registered as a Trust headed by women other than the Founder, Dr Saurav Kummar Das The venture has a diverse leadership team of senior women professionals from the domains of BFSI, Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Academics, Law, and Human Resource. There is a separate advisory board and a training team comprising of around 15 trainers (both men and women) from the corporate sector who specialize in Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Hospitality, Brand Management, Corporate Communication, Marketing, among other things. We are in the process of registering Zetta Women as a Section 8 company by June 2020. Currently, we are forming a strong Advisory Board of women whose voices matter; because Zetta Women will need doors to be opened and action to happen for the benefit of women across India. And while we include women in our ambit, we have to look at children too in the days to come for education, healthcare, and our collective love and affection. Zetta Women is looking for: (1) aspiring women entrepreneurs in the domain of HR recruitment and consulting, (2) regional volunteers as co-founders across India in different states who can lead the Zetta Women vision and mission, and increase the ZWAP partners (refer point 1 above)
