Follow us to keep up on these topics! --- Nordic Inclusify ry (Former Nordic Diversify) was born in the fall of 2020 as the brainchild of a group of recruiters who wanted to see more attention paid to diversity and inclusion in recruitment. As the community started to grow, membership was opened to all people interested in the topic regardless of their profession. The community currently operates primarily in a Slack workspace, which is open for anyone who wants to join. Additionally, we host monthly seminars under the name Nordic Inclusify Discourse which are open to the public. Our goal is to increase awareness and share best practices around DEI topics in the context of recruitment, talent strategy, and employer branding, including integration of international talent, gender equality, domestic visible minorities, LGBT+, disabilities, and other factors subjecting people to biases. While most of our membership base is currently rooted in Finland, we welcome members from all Nordic countries!
