BSC is a dynamic, holistic coaching community offering people around the globe living with diabetes, pre-diabetes and other blood sugar health issues an alternative to the "going on a diet" solution --- which for most people when "white knuckled" willpower gives out, fails in the long run. My mission as is to provide ongoing tools and support that empower participants to make daily decisions about what to eat and how to live so that they can stop struggling, enjoy life and get off of the dieting merry-go-round for good. The Blood Sugar Central Community provides tips, recipes, workshops, resources and coaching for living successfully with blood sugar health issues. But even more importantly, our community is where we support each other in making decisions that keep us on track, and guidance when life gets in the way, when we are tired of managing blood sugars or feel like giving up. The ultimate mission of BSC is to be there for anyone seeking empowering support to live a life of fulfillment and vibrant health. We are also dedicated to connecting with other fitness and health professionals who want to share our resources with clients who need assistance with diabetes, pre-diabetes or other blood sugar health issues.
