UConn Financial Educators Council (FEC) is an organization that creates educational content, with the purpose of teaching students from socioeconomically disadvantaged schools across Connecticut the basics and importance of financial literacy. At UConn FEC we believe that it is never too early to teach students about financial literacy and management. By preparing lessons compromised of educational information and interactive learning activities, we aim to give younger disadvantaged students important information regarding finance, while simultaneously providing valuable resources and mentorship.
