Plate and Palette is a fusion of creativity and food. The delicious fare is crafted by experienced local chef Turlach McKeown with his brother Head Chef Caoimhin McKeown while the front of house is carefully curated by the talented artist Aoife Fogarty. When creating the menu it was important to the trio to make food they loved from their childhood and to this day and also to work with the seasons and high quality food from local suppliers where possible.
