KCL Women in Business Society strives to inspire women to enter business and finance industries. We aim to empower tomorrow's leaders to achieve their full potential by helping connect them with the various opportunities that exist in these sectors through workshops, recruitment events, panel discussions, networking events, and headquarter visits. There is a large gender gap present within business and finance sectors, through our initiatives endeavour to support companies in trying to reduce it.
