Our communities encompass the whole spectrum of human activity. From big business, small and micro businesses, employees, authorities, politics, religions, children, healthcare, education, charities, community groups, sports clubs, social and community events. IPSL is implementing a holistic set of services to assist in the rebuilding of communities which have sadly declined over recent decades. These services focus on a number of key areas :- 1) Encourage people to talk too each other. No Agenda, just enable local people to get to know each other. Everything starts with a conversation. This is delivered through using the Link4Growth infrastruture and community networking events. 2) Up skill. We have fabulous technology available to us today. This technology if used correctly can serve to empower us and widen the visibility of all the good work going on in our communities today. We provide physical workshops on a 'Pay according to the value you received" basis and low cost online workshops through Link4Skills. 3) Deepen and strengthen our personal connections and relationships. Begin to refocus people on what is really important; people... not money and things. This leads to new co-created, collaborative projects that serves our communities. This is achieved through bringing people together to initiate projects. SWHertsPHS - People's Health Service is a great example. 4) Encourage and grow our local economy my supporting our local entrepreneurs. A holistic Business Development Network (SWHertsBDN). Working collectively together with the spirit that we can all succeed in business if we help each other, through a 'go to give, with no expectation attached' attached. Moving towards abundance and collaboration thinking, nurturing and supporting each other by sharing knowledge, expertise, experience and connections... and by buying from other local businesses wherever possible.
