L.I.V.E. (Learn, Inspire, Visualise, Elevate) is a mentoring programme for students in Years 8 to 13. Our main purpose is to bridge the gap between education and the working world by teaching young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds the soft transferable skills required in a work environment. As well as reduce the rate of youth unemployment and increase social mobility. We want every young person to truly believe in themselves and their potential which is why our core values are Success, Personal Growth, Positivity and Unity. We at LIVE aim to teach our mentees the necessary skills and vital information they need to develop and grow into successful young professionals. A few examples of the skills we aim to foster within our mentees are; teamwork, commercial awareness and project management.
