Algorithm Society of NSUT is a peer group society of coding enthusiasts, established to introduce and promote the sport of competitive programming to college freshers. The mission of the society is to promote representation of NSUT and ultimately India in the prestigious ICPC World Finals. The society conducts weekly SIG lectures on core knowledge of algorithms and data structures. It also regularly organizes coding contests to provide students with opportunities to demonstrate and improve their programming skills.
