Jebsispar by Jebin Johny is a sustainable luxury clothing brand from Kerala, India launched at the prestigious Lakme Fashion Week. The brand was found by artist and designer Mr Jebin Johny. We work with the local weavers of Kerala and make the finest handwoven natural cotton fabrics. The brand was featured in VOGUE, Glamour, ELLE, L’officiel, Harper’s Bazaar & Cosmopolitan India. JEBSISPAR is an amalgamation of the designer Mr Jebin Johny’s familial connections. JEB-Jebin, SIS-sisters & PAR-parents. Jebsispar clientele includes global fashion icon Sonam Kapoor, Karishma Kapoor, French Actress Kalki Koechlin, Cannes film festival juror Vidya Balan etc. There is an endearing whimsicality, even mischief, to our garments. Jebsispar is all about emotions. A design comes out of anger, happiness, sadness. “The brand believes in ‘buy less and choose well’. Jebin’s products are handloom cotton (Kuthampully)garments, custom made and last for years. Jebsispar believes that ‘trends are overrated and create waste’. The paintings by Jebin are hand block and digitally printed onto handloom fabric using eco friendly/natural dyes. We practise Fair-trade. We have clients across Asia, Europe, Americas & Oceania. We ship world-wide. We were part of the Kochi Muzirus Biennale 2018. We also make up-cycled garments as a part of our Zero Waste Initiative.
