WiCyS is an international non-profit membership organization, striving to bring together and empower women in cybersecurity from academia, research and industry to share knowledge, experience, networking and mentoring. Founded by Dr. Ambareen Siraj at Tennessee Tech University in 2012, WiCyS has garnered wide outreach with members from all over the world. WiCyS India Affiliate, established in July 2020, is a community of Indian cybersecurity enthusiasts out to serve a purpose. We incorporate and carry out the WiCyS mission: to recruit, retain, and promote women in cybersecurity. WiCyS offers continuous mentoring, learning, networking, and career development to women at all stages of their cybersecurity careers.
