Women in Business is the first female association at the university; the objective is to actively contribute to a greater awareness of the topic of women empowerment through the creation of a female network which would be able to link Bocconi's female students today with the University's alumnae. The association would lead to a system made of women for the women which would help all of us with our preparation and training to enter the job market in the near future. The activity is based on a series of conferences, stories of successful businesswomen and visits to companies where the women empowerment issue is felt the most, together with the active participation coming from female students in the management of the association at each and every level.
