Housed at the base of the ground-breaking Nightingale Housing 1, home.one is a not-for-profit eatery following an ethos of social, environmental and financial sustainability. The tiny 10 metre square space will specialise in artisan porridge bowls, toasted gourmet bagels & specialty coffee by Five Senses. home.one is our solution to a permanent bricks and mortar small footprint establishment. We also run Australia’s first non-profit food truck, Crêpes for Change, as well as a mobile coffee catering service, The Coffee Cart Changing Lives. We have been highly successful to date, having generated enough profit to enable several young people to escape homelessness. At our core, we are fundamentally a group of entrepreneurs who are passionate about the power of business to change the world.
