"THE POWER OF WE" Eddie Lim Weng Foo is the Founder & Director of U-Need Wealth Planners Sdn. Bhd. He is District Manager of American International Assurance (AIA) Malaysia. His career started from 1985 as Production Specialist with Exxon Mobil(Offshore). On December 1988, he joined AIA as a part time agent. In February 1996, he resigned from Exxon Mobil and turned full time as AIA agency supervisor. [Personal Qualifications] 2001 - completed Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) course from the Malaysian Insurance Institution (MII) and the American College - become AIA Certified Financial Planners Builder from AIA Financial Planning Department. 2002 - completed Financial Planners Programme by AIA and Ernst & Young Consultancy. 2003 - completed Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from Financial Planning Association of Malaysia(FPAM). 2004 - completed Registered Financial Planner (RFP) from Malaysia Financial Planning Council (NFPC). On 26 October 2005, Eddie Lim Weng Foo incorporated U-Need Agency to U-Need Wealth Planners Sdn. Bhd. (713982-M). In 2015, U-Need Wealth Planners qualified as Million Dollar Agency (MDA Direct Team) for many years and currently managed a direct multi-racial team of 16 life planners which consist of 16 people (6 Chinese, 6 Malays & 4 Indians). Also, we have many life planners qualified for Annual Overseas Convention Trip, contests, incentives and etc. In a nutshell, our team also has a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) lifetime member and she is currently the only AIA MDRT Builder in Perak. Besides the Direct Team, we also have a downline District Manager and 2 Unit Managers based in AIA Klang.
