Propel Projects was established in 2020 and is based in Sydney, New South Wales. The founder and principal of Propel Projects is David Risbey who has extensive industry experience having delivered many significant and complex projects as either a builder or a developer over a 25 year career in executive and project leadership roles working in tier 1 companies. These delivered projects have a combined value exceeding $1 billion and include approximately 110,000sqm NLA of commercial high rise office space, over 1,200 residential apartments and 35,000sqm of industrial complexes.
