Caregiver Wellness Collective. A new Caregiver Kula or community of the heart, focused on empowering family Caregivers to explore the benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness to enhance health, wellbeing and overall quality of life. We are a volunteer network of Registered Yoga Teachers who are passionate about Caregivers. The community is founded by Jennifer Henius, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher and recognized Caregiver health policy leader and advocate in the Caregiver community. Jennifer spent more than a decade working to implement and administer the National Caregiver Support Program at the United States Department of Veteran Affairs. She is a speaker, author and healthcare consultant in the Caregiver community.
