The Human Resource Association at Indiana University (HRA-IU) is a professional student organization that enhances undergraduates educational experience by supplying them the resources to further their HR knowledge and ultimately their HR careers. The HRA-IU is a certified Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Student Chapter, and also has close ties with South Central Indiana Human Resource Association (SCHIHRA). The HRA-IU works to develop close ties between students and working professionals. This relationship helps not only the students, but also helps in bringing new perspectives to professionals who work alongside our students.
