Shades of Change is a student-led initiative designed to advocate for a kinder, more respectful environment for people of colour and providing support to those affected by racial discrimination. Our vision is to address racism and discrimination seen in the community among people of colour by educating and raising awareness through experiences minorities face regarding racism and discrimination.
