Optional Supports was founded by Stephen Jones and his family in 2020 to ensure the provision of care for their son. Optional Supports has quickly grown in size including staff and participants. Located in the Mackay region, we provide support services for a large array of participants, including supported independent living, community access as well as general support service to those in need. We pride ourselves on the flexibility of our staff and the involvement we partake with each of our participants. We are here for you and your loved ones.
