Charlwood Village Football Club is a community group based in Surrey, UK. The club formed in 1996 and is built on the foundation of giving local young men the opportunity to play organised, competitive football, to represent their local community, boost fitness and have fun. Ages range from 16 upwards. In 2018 we achieved FA Charter Standard Status. The club consists of two men's teams (first and reserve) playing in the Surrey FA Redhill & District Divisions 1 and 3. We are two time winners of Surrey FA County Cup - Lower Junior in 2015, Junior in 2016. Home matches, summer training and fitness sessions take place at the Charlwood Recreation and Sports Ground. Winter training sessions take place at Crawley Town Community Foundation's 3G pitch at Broadfield Stadium. CVFC plays a large active role in the local Charlwood community beyond football, with members regularly volunteering to help run summer fetes, music festivals and community litter picking days.
