Established in 2019, Carte Blanche Apiary was formed in Baton Rouge, LA to create a new standard in beekeeping. Our name translates to blank paper which holds true in our hands-off beekeeping approach. When we leave our workers #FreetoBee the honey and beeswax products prove to stand above all others. Carte Blanche Apiary is committed to sustainable and ethical methods of beekeeping. We assure our hives are provided with resources to ensure a healthy honeybee population.
