To help reduce the unemployment rate for women in and around Dilijan, the Contribution to Women and Children NGO recently completed a series of training courses in computer skills, labor rights, and English through a grant from the U.S. Embassy’s Democracy Commission Grant program. U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Richard Mills, Jr., joined the NGO for their concluding round table discussion where the class participants were able to meet potential employers.
