Project Description: “CREDx” is ongoing startup whose core aim is to create an online web platform which will bring together loan originators and credit seekers where they should efficiently reach an agreement. Through the CredX, the people will fill in their information and apply for loans. The information regarding loans from cooperating banks and non-bank credit organizations will be stored in the database and will be available to customers. Profiles of the people who are applying for loans will be also available for banks and non-bank credit organizations. They will select their customers from the database which will contain the profiles of the people who are applying for loans. Project Visions: The project’s main vision is to foster the creativity and innovation in the bank sector and provide easy solutions for banks and non-bank credit organizations to manage their businesses more efficiently. More specifically, the project aims to: A. Offer valuable financial tools and resources at no cost to credit-seekers. B. Become a platform that every bank and non-bank credit organization will be ambitious to use as a tool to attract customers. Project Goal and Desired Outcomes: The main purpose of the project is to create a platform (CredX) through which the credit seekers will have an easy access to the loans offered by banks and non-bank credit organizations. Moreover, the project aims to achieve following outcomes: A. Credit seekers are not going to apply for the loan to all banks one by one and have shoe leather and time cost. Instead, they’ll fill in their profile and apply for the loan to any bank they want through CredX. B. Banks will not sit and wait for customers to come. Instead, they will have access to the database that contains loan applications from people. Through this database, they will select the desired customer. C. The choice inefficiency for banks and customers will eliminate the moral hazard problem.
