EvolUcoaching was founded by Mônica Alvarenga in 2017, based on experiences of studying and applying Theory U. What emerged as a program focused on deepening and reorganizing the practice of Coaching and Facilitation, gave way to three convergent yet different paths. Nowadays, in addition to the APPLIED THEORY U PROGRAM, EvolUcoaching translates itself into innovation for LEADERSHIPS who want more effective ways to act in face of current challenges and also on a path of PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT for those who believe that self-knowledge is a way to achieve a fuller life. Assumptions: • Awareness-raising - Only a different approach can achieve different results. • (No problem can be solved by the same stage of consciousness that created it. - Einstein) • Regeneration - Going beyond innovative models means regenerates relationships with the system and expands the positive impact of both individual and collective actions. • Co-creation – We co-create reality at every moment through interactions with ourselves, with others, with the environment. Theory U – Developed by Otto Scharmer, at MIT, Theory U offers effective and innovative processes and tools to promote transformations and solve complex problems. Theory U Applied Program • Training - For coaches, People Management professionals and consultants • Mentoring • Workshops Leaderships • Individual and group programs for the development of managers and their teams based on the 4.0 evolutionary model, recommended by Theory U. The objective is to go beyond innovative leadership, enhancing regeneration and creativity for greater effectiveness in the face of current disruptive scenarios. * Development of soft skills, such as: active learning, protagonism, emotional intelligence, dialogue and communication • Women's leaders – Specific program to support women who work in organizations in achieving more confidence and assertiveness.
