Women Empowering Diversity in Start-ups (WEDS) is a network founded by women in start-ups who believe that diversity and inclusion of all kinds are essential and drive happiness and success in the workplace. We use the fresh opportunity start-ups present, to change industry culture for the better. We know the challenges of having an impact when limited by team size, budget and resources. By sharing knowledge and experience we provide a platform to help build diverse, inclusive environments where it may otherwise be an overwhelming challenge. We want to share our success stories, showcase diversity and encourage and empower others to do the same.
