The UP Alliance for Responsive Involvement and Student Empowerment (UP ARISE) is a duly-recognized socio-civic leadership organization based in the College of Engineering of the University of the Philippines Diliman. Keeping in mind its five core values, LIVES - Leadership, Integrity, Vision, Excellence, and Service - UP ARISE is dedicated in fulfilling its mission to develop responsible and principled student leaders with a focus on rendering service to the community.
