The Inner You Counseling Center is here to support individuals in obtaining and knowing how to foster their best selves, inside and out. We aspire to support the Rhode Island community in easy, seamless and fast, access to mental health services. We are open 7 days a week and book appointments within 24 to 48 hours. We provide day, evening, and weekend appointments at all of our locations. The Inner You Counseling Center provides a variety of accessible services, treatments, programs, and groups for both the community children, teens, and adults.
