Edited and published by Farzana Contractor, UpperCrust is India's first and only food, wine and travel magazine, catering to food lovers across the globe since 2000. The 200 page glossy is filled with great content inclusive of food, wine and travel features, interviews and profiles of hospitality professionals and foodie celebrities, restaurant reviews, tried and tested recipes, health and wellness features and all the goings-on in the gastronomy scene, all this accompanied by super photographs to enhance the experience. The UpperCrust Food and Wine Show is the country's biggest food exhibition bringing together over 100 exhibitors in food, wine and kitchen equipment and the perfect platform for budding entrepreneurs. The three day mega event was started in 2003 in Bombay, and has since spread to Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune. Held annually, it attracts over a lakh of culinary enthusiasts, not just for the vast variety available on display, but also for the cookery demos held by master chefs presenting a mix of cuisines.
