As women working and developing our careers in the overlapping world of digital + sport, we have always been surprised at the lack of female attendees (or speakers for that matter) at the industry's leading sports business, technology and digital events. When you look for *digital* women in sport, we appear to be even rarer. The numbers get even smaller at management levels.
