United Groove Dance Project (UG) is a McGill University dance team consisting of 30+ dancers from many different backgrounds, mastering styles from hip-hop to contemporary, all while fostering a strong sense of artistry, family and dedication. UG has grown a lot since first created back in 2003 and now has a reputation that has gone beyond McGill and into the wider Montreal community. Beyond our own shows which consists of a year-end show in March, and another fall show in November in which we invite many other fine arts groups from Montreal to perform. We also perform at charity events, athletic events, parties and competitions.
