This I achieve by utilising a goal-oriented approach drawing upon academic skills, applying a variety of research based, psychological models, analytical frameworks and accredited psychometric assessment tools. In essence I build trust, explore possibilities, unearth and jointly develop objectives. We then implement the plan and review progress constantly over the coaching journey.
