Unit Strategik Modal Insan Johor @ Johor Strategic Human Capital Unit (Previously known as Unit Swadaya Insan Johor) was established on 26th of October 2016 by YAB Chief Minister of Johor and was rebranded on 1st January 2019 with a wider job scope. A Johor state-owned entity functioning as a human capital development centre that serves as the principle in governance of human capital development in Johor including labour administration, industry engagement, job placement, skills training, early learning awareness and foreign worker management. Coordinator in managing and developing human capital by engagement with all key players and stakeholders including government units, training institutions and providers as well as supporting key industries.
