Our mission is to update a classic staple of the American Mid-West for a London audience, establishing as the original and best in a new category of frozen dessert. Our journey to launching was documented online as "Starting A Food Business in 50 Days", where each day we shared one critical step of setting up the business. The intention was to offer value to our audience before we had a product to sell, and to educate and inspire others to start their own business in the future.
