OBJECTIVES: 2.1 To support persons with disabilities (college/university students and unemployedpersons with disabilities) into employment through capacity building, trainings,business starts ups and direct employment. 2.2 To Support institutions in disability mainstreaming, and disability awareness 2.3 To improve skills, knowledge and experience of persons with disabilities throughexchange programmes and work placements. 2.4 To assist and support individual talents and enhance personal employability programmes. 2.5 To connect working persons with disabilities in Kenya and across the world forexchange of skills and knowledge. 2.6 To connect persons living with physical disability with exchange programs within thecommon wealth countries
