UNICEF is the world’s leader for children, working in virtually every country around the world to save, protect and enhance the lives of girls and boys. UNICEF at York is a chapter of UNICEF Canada. UNICEF Canada is an organization that works to improve the overall lifestyle of children all around the world. Through UNICEF, more than 150 countries and territories receive aid for children across the globe. The main objective of UNICEF Canada is to raise funds to aid children facing issues including poverty, hunger, lack of education, slavery and child labour.
