Shields and Stripes is a 4-week state-of-the-art, whole-person performance optimization program for law enforcement, first responders, and veterans who have experienced service related trauma. We build their armor, and return them to work and home stronger stewards of their communities. Following up with 3-months of virtual care, we ensure our concepts are solidified in their everyday lives, to help each of our hero's learn to live the life they deserve.
