The goal of the Truman Road Corridor Association, founded in 1998, is to buy, sell and oversee the maintenance of residential properties in the KC Metro Area, extending north to Iowa, West into Kansas, and East to St. Louis. We seek to strengthen our community and help people achieve their life goal of owning a home. A prospective tenant for a TRCA property would have, or know someone who has, a background in electrical, carpentry and plumbing in order to maintain the property. TRCA will provide all approved building materials needed for the property as well as the basic appliances. After a tenant is approved for occupancy, they will sign a contract that offers an option to buy. Once their payments have been completed, they become the owner of the property.
