The Kutztown University Applied Investment Management (AIM) Program supports the mission of the College of Business by supplementing its members’ classroom experience with a valuable learning program aimed at developing sound investment management skills applicable to today’s financial industry. The program’s objectives are earning positive returns on its portfolio, conducting appropriate research, and developing public speaking and presentation skills. The organization stresses team building and cooperation. Students develop the necessary leadership skills that aid them in advancing their respective careers.
